We hope that you are all staying well and safe in these strange times.
Out latest change regarding COVID 19.
We have had to take the unfortunate decision to cancel all routine appointments.
So vaccinations, neuterings , nail clips, etc have all to be stopped.
Only emergencies will now be seen.
As before even if you are to visit us for an emergency, we ask you to stay in your car when you arrive. Please call us, when you are outside, and once the waiting room is clean and clear ,and consult room disinfected and ready we will ask you to come in with your pet.
Please only one person accompany your pet into the building.
If the pet needs support of 2 staff, we will ask you to stay in the car, and we will just take your pet in with us.
In this case we will take history over the phone, or from a distance at car window.
We are investigating the possibility of providing Telemedicine, and we are awaiting guidance from the Royal College on service provision.
Please follow all government guidelines, if you have a new cough. or a temperature please do not come in and ask a neighbour to take your pet in.
Please use all the hand gels provided on entering and leaving the practice.
Make sure that you have washed your hands as per NHS guidelines before leaving your house and visiting the practice.
Please do not put yourself or our staff members at risk. We our doing our best to maintain a service under these conditions.
Please be patient with our staff members as it is unchartered territory for all of us.
