As of December, we are switching our health plan provider to MiHealthyPet. If you are a health plan member, you will be receiving letters through the post to set up a new direct debit once the current one stops. Letters should be reaching our health plan clients next week, so please do fill out and return in the pre-paid envelope before the end of November.

As of December, we are switching our health plan provider to MiHealthyPet. If you are a health plan member, you will be receiving letters through the post to set up a new direct debit once the current one stops. Letters should be reaching our health plan clients next week, so please do fill out and return in the pre-paid envelope before the end of November.

Why have we changed?
The only change to the plan is the collector of the Direct Debits – we still provide all of the products and services as we do with the current one. The only change is that there is only one free consult a year at time of the vaccination. We have moved provider to keep costs down and to avoid plan price increases as we feel it is important to continue to provide health care to your pet’s affordably.

Our Pet Health Club continues to be a great success by offering our clients a simple and affordable scheme, ensuring that all your beloved pets’ preventable, routine care is being addressed.

There is now a £1 discount applied to multi pets on plan, so there’s nothing not to love about the change! We please ask all plan members to return the forms as soon as possible (in the pre-paid envelope) to avoid any issues with continuing on the plan.
